You must be 13 years or older to use Nibly.
Nibly provides tools to help you track food and body weight. The calorie and macro estimates it shows are for informational purposes only. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional, registered dietitian, or doctor.
If you have a health condition or are managing a diet under medical supervision, please consult your doctor before making changes based on what the app shows.
Everything you enter into Nibly — food logs, weight entries, photos, and your profile — belongs to you. It's stored on your device and never sent to our servers. You can delete any or all of it at any time from within the app.
We do our best to keep Nibly working well, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We'll try to communicate significant changes in advance.
If Nibly offers a paid subscription or in-app purchase, billing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nibly and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any decisions you make based on nutrition information shown in the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will reflect the latest revision. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
